Fiesta in San Antonio only comes around once a year, but you don’t want to overdo the fun and get an arrest on your record. Eschewing all of Fiesta’s libations might make for a dull time, but it’s the best insurance against a DWI or other arrest on your record.

The next best option to keep from needing the services of a San Antonio DWI attorney is to avail yourself of a designated driver. And if all that fails and you do get arrested for extreme inebriation, call the Law Office of Shawn C. Brown for competent representation.

During the week of March 23, Brown attorney Adrian Flores proved his legal expertise quite well in court. Adrian proved that he was more than able to get a .16 blood draw case dismissed based on the fact that he was ready to provide his client capable representation while all along the state did not have its case against Adrian’s client ready to go to trial. Considering these circumstances, the state had no recourse but to dismiss all charges in this matter.

During this same time period, federal defense attorney Travis Baskin was able to represent competent knowledge and legal skills in a case wherein a client had been wrongly accused of tampering with government records. Travis ably convinced the prosecutor that his client was innocent of all charges due to insufficient evidence in this case.

Attorney Bryan Orihel, who is another attorney from the Law Office of Shawn C. Brown, was in court to defend his client in an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing in Bexar County. Bryan was able to win the hearing by convincing the judge that the arresting officer lacked reasonable suspicion to stop his client’s vehicle in the first place.

Attorney Shawn C. Brown was also quite successful in court during the third week of March as well. Through hard work and diligence in his knowledge of the law, Shawn, who is competent white collar criminal defense lawyer, persevered for his client by getting a theft of 50-500 dollars arrest charge dismissed. He further was able to get the charge off her record.

Shawn also appealed a traffic ticket from a South Texas Justice of the Peace and was able to get the ticket outright dismissed and kept off his client’s record.
And while these statistics might seem impressive, these San Antonio criminal defense attorneys were even more prolific in adequately representing their clients during the waning days of March.

Adrian got a .15 DWI breath test dismissed because the arresting officer’s report was fraught with quite a number of inconstancies. Shawn was also successful in court in two entirely unrelated but highly important cases.

In the first case, Shawn won out in court when a client was arrested for failure to identify. This charge proved to be totally bogus and Shawn was able to clearly delineate it to the judge in getting his client’s charges dismissed. In a second case, one of Shawn’s clients was erroneously charged for failure to stop and give information in a traffic accident over $200. Shawn proved the charge to be flawed and was able to get the charges dismissed.

Adrian finished the month with two important victories for the Law Office of Shawn C. Brown. In the first one involving a theft case of $50-$500, Adrian handled the dismissal in this matter of moral turpitude and was able to get the charges dismissed and kept off the client’s record.

Adrian also represented two clients who were involved in getting traffic ticket appeals dismissed. By demonstrating to the court that the paperwork and complaints were not filed properly, the judge had no recourse but to dismiss all charges.

So when you go up against our court system, you will be well-served if you seek the services of a competent San Antonio criminal defense team. Please allow the Law Office of Shawn C. Brown assist you during this trying time in your life.
